Currently we ship physical products (mugs) to the US only. Digital downloads are available worldwide.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days and delivered within 5-10 business days.

Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all US orders.

🔄 Returns

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Please contact us at hello@miarastore.com to initiate a return.

How do I receive my digital download?
After purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link instantly. No shipping required!

Can I get a refund on a digital product?
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the file has been downloaded.

All our mugs are 11oz ceramic, dishwasher safe and microwave safe.
