Return and Refund Policy

At MIARA, we want your order to arrive as expected. Please review this policy before purchasing.

Digital products
Digital downloads are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned. Because of this, all digital product sales are final once the file or download access has been delivered.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital downloads after delivery, unless there is a technical issue with the file that we are unable to resolve.

Physical products
Physical mugs and other shipped items are made to order. Because each item is produced after purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong item, or choosing the wrong design.

Please review the product details, size, shipping address, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation. In most cases, damaged or incorrect items do not need to be returned unless we specifically request it.

Incorrect shipping address
If an order cannot be delivered because the shipping address was incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible. Additional production or reshipping costs may apply.

Non-returnable items
Digital downloads, gift cards, customized products, personalized products, made-to-order products, and final sale items cannot be returned for change of mind.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
