MIARA offers both digital products and physical products. Shipping and delivery depend on the type of product you purchase.
Digital downloads
Digital products are available worldwide.
Digital downloads are delivered electronically after purchase. No physical item will be shipped for digital products.
After checkout, you will receive access to your digital file or download instructions by email or through the download page. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
Physical products
Physical mugs and other shipped products currently ship within the United States only.
Orders are prepared and fulfilled by our production partner. Processing time is usually 2 to 5 business days before the item is shipped. During busy periods, processing may take longer.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, holidays, weather, or other delays outside our control.
Incorrect shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
International shipping
At this time, physical products ship only within the United States. Digital downloads remain available worldwide.
